Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Compulsory Attendance at School

If your child is absent from school you are required to provide a reason for their absence. In the event your child is not at school you will be notified by a Sentral text message, please reply to the message with a very short explanation to explain the absence. This notification is a legal requirement upon both the school and the parents.

If you know your child will be absent, we would appreciate it if you could advise the school by phone or by entering a Future Absence notification within your Sentral Parent Portal.

Partial Absence: If you need to collect your child before dismissal time please contact the front office to arrange for your child to be collected from the office.

Assemblies

School Assemblies are a regular part of our curriculum. A whole school, K-6 Assembly is held in the Hall once a week on Friday, starting at 2:40 pm. (this time is subject to change, please see Week Ahead that is published each Monday) The Assemblies are conducted by our student leaders. Parents and visitors are welcome to attend.
